Defence Systems and Subsystem Manufacturing

We produce mechanical launcher platforms and firing subsystems for rocket, projectile and scanning systems. Vehicle-mounting interfaces, hydraulic and servo-motor motion systems, position-safety mechanisms and firing interfaces are designed and integrated together.

During system design, recoil, vibration and thermal effects are assessed with finite-element analysis (FEA) and modal analysis. Acceptance testing is executed per the customer's defined quality protocols.

Laser warning systems — mounted on helmets or platforms — detect enemy laser designation and range-finding beams and deliver early warning to the operator. We integrate the mechanical enclosure, sensor placement, wiring harness and interface boards into a single package.

Electro-optical subsystems enable mechanical and electrical integration of surveillance and target-detection modules including thermal cameras, range finders and daylight cameras. Environmentally hardened enclosures and vibration isolation are part of the design.

We manufacture in-vehicle and in-shelter filtration units that protect against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) threats. Composite filter housings, active-carbon and HEPA filter integration, airflow management and electronic monitoring modules are combined into a single product.

Filter-life monitoring, alarm outputs and manual/automatic bypass functions are integrated with operator consoles. Differential-pressure measurement and status indicators provide the data required for maintenance planning.

We develop dedicated lighting solutions for military vehicles, C2 centres and mobile operational platforms. Infrared-compatible LED lighting, dimmable console lighting, exterior convoy and status lights are designed to the customer's interface.

Custom driver boards are developed with EMI shielding, environmental durability (IP rating, vibration, temperature) and platform-voltage requirements in mind. Products are evaluated against military acceptance protocols.

We deliver all subassemblies — from bare hull to full system — ready for integration into the customer's host platform. Configuration management, quality records, FAT/SAT protocols and on-site commissioning support are part of the service.

Through our prime-partner network, we act as a core subsystem supplier on projects run by companies including ASELSAN, ROKETSAN, TUSAŞ, HAVELSAN and FNSS.
