Our Capabilities

Engineering and R&D Capability

End-to-end engineering support from concept design to serial-production validation. We deliver localisation engineering, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, mechanical design and analysis to serve the defence industry with tailored solutions.

Localisation Engineering

To reduce the national defence industry's foreign dependency, we manage end-to-end programmes that adapt foreign-sourced parts and subsystems to domestic production. Reverse-engineering methods identify the geometry, material and functional characteristics of the original part; alternative materials and production methods establish domestic manufacturing capability.

During validation, equivalence tests against the original part are performed, field performance is monitored and process improvements are applied when necessary. The programme is run in line with the Presidency of Defence Industries' localisation targets.

Reverse Engineering and Metrology

With our 3D laser scanning and coordinate-measuring machine (CMM) capability, we produce high-accuracy digital models of existing physical parts. We generate a parametric CAD model and deliver a complete manufacturing package (fabrication drawings, tolerance plan and material specification) to the customer.

This process is a rapid path for refurbishment of legacy parts, field modifications and alternative-supplier development scenarios.

Rapid Prototyping

For functional prototypes we combine FDM and SLA 3D printing, CNC rapid machining and composite sample production. This shortens the design-verification loop from weeks to days and accelerates development on prime-contractor projects.

Our prototypes are used not only for geometric verification but also for material compatibility, ergonomics and functional testing.

Mechanical Design and Analysis

We run our CAD workflows (SolidWorks, CATIA) on standards-based processes. Mechanical strength is validated with finite-element analysis (FEA), heat distribution with thermal analysis and vibration behaviour with modal analysis.

Designs are also optimised for manufacturability and assembly (DfM/DfA), delivering quality and cost advantages. Production-ready designs are handed over.

R&D Projects and Partnerships

We participate in R&D through TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB, PDI R&D calls and European Union projects. Our R&D group focuses on product and process innovation and collaborates with universities and technopark clusters.

Our membership in Ankara Technopark and joint projects with defence-industry clusters (SAHA Istanbul, OSSA) keep our capability current and speed our adoption of new technologies.
