Personal Data Protection

Purpose

This notice is provided as a legal obligation under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), and covers the use, processing, storage, and deletion of personal data you share with Özben Savunma Limited Şirketi ("Özben").

Özben takes care to keep the information of its customers, visitors, employees, and other third parties confidential. The purposes of the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy are as follows:

• To establish confidentiality and security principles for the data processed and stored by the Company,
• To ensure compliance with the Law No. 6698 and applicable regulations regarding personal data protection,
• To raise awareness of personal data protection among all employees,
• To establish personal data protection principles for internal and external stakeholders.

Scope

The scope of Özben's data inventory maintained in electronic and/or physical environments includes:

• Personal and special category personal data of current and former employees,
• Personal data of job and internship applicants,
• Personal and special category personal data of suppliers, customers, and visitors.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Özben processes personal data solely for the purposes and conditions specified under the Law. Data is processed to fulfil services in accordance with applicable legislation, contracts, and technology; to develop products and services; and to meet obligations imposed by judicial and administrative authorities — primarily the Ministry of National Defence and the Presidency of Defence Industries.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

• Declaration forms and applications based on the explicit consent of the individual
• Applications submitted through authorised channels
• Forms collected at training sessions, events, and meetings
• Data obtained at trade fairs and exhibitions
• Cookies and similar technologies used during website visits
