Precision Machining and Mechanical Manufacturing
End-to-end production of precision parts for the defence and aerospace industries using CNC machining, sheet metal forming, welded fabrication and mechanical assembly. Manufactured to military standards since 1994 at our 75,000 m² facility in Ankara.
Precision Machining Capabilities
With 3-axis to 5-axis CNC machining, turning and milling, we produce complex geometries to tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm. We work across a broad material portfolio including aluminium alloys, stainless steel, titanium and special hard-to-machine alloys.
Our ability to scale from prototype to serial production supports prime-contractor projects during both development and long-term supply phases. CAM programming, cutting-tool optimisation and process-validation disciplines ensure repeatable-quality production.
Sheet Metal Forming and Welded Fabrication
On our laser cutting, CNC press-brake and forming lines, we transform thin and medium-gauge sheet metal into cabinets, panel structures and enclosures at military-grade quality. We deliver certified welding operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and special alloys using MIG/MAG, TIG and spot-welding technologies.
Post-weld quality is verified through non-destructive testing (visual, penetrant and, when required, radiographic examination) and heat-treatment processes. Welding procedures (WPS/PQR) are documented per international standards.
Surface Treatment and Painting
For corrosion and mechanical-wear resistance of military components, we provide anodising, hard chrome plating, galvanising and phosphating in-house and through our qualified supply chain. Our paint shop is set up for powder coating and electrostatic painting to MIL-STD and NATO specifications.
Colour, gloss, film thickness and salt-spray endurance are reported per batch; quality records are retained to customer specifications.
Mechanical Assembly and Subsystem Integration
We integrate complex subsystems from bare shell to functional equipment on our assembly lines. Electronic board layout, wiring harness, hydraulic/pneumatic components, latching mechanisms and operational interfaces are all integrated under one roof.
Torque-controlled fastening, serialisation, functional testing and final inspection are executed and reported per the customer's FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) protocol.
Quality and Certification
Our quality management is operated under ISO 9001 and structured to defence-specific requirements (AQAP-2110). Welding operators are certified; our metrology lab is equipped with a 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM), a profile projector and digital height gauges.
The traceability chain covers raw-material certificates, heat-treatment reports, paint batches and final inspection records. A complete document set can be delivered per batch under customer specifications.
