Radome Integration and Waveguide Manufacturing
We produce electromagnetically transparent radomes, composite antenna domes and precision waveguide components for radar systems, satellite communication terminals and mobile command centres. Our engineering approach balances RF performance, environmental durability and mechanical integration to make us a trusted supplier for critical systems.
Composite Radome Manufacturing
Using glass fibre, quartz and specialised dielectric-reinforced composites, we produce electromagnetically transparent radome domes that pass radar signals with minimal loss. Because thickness control, ply orientation and surface quality directly affect RF performance, our production discipline is executed against tight tolerance targets.
The composite structure is designed for long-life performance against rain erosion, UV radiation, thermal cycling and mechanical impact.
Radar Dome Integration
Producing the radome correctly is not enough; mechanical and electrical integration to the radar system is equally critical. Mounting interfaces, sealing gaskets, fasteners and electrostatic-discharge points are designed and installed under one roof.
After mechanical installation on the radar, RF signal transmission tests, sealing checks and environmental verification are carried out.
RF Waveguides and Microwave Components
We manufacture standard WR-90, WR-75 and custom-size waveguide components using high-precision machining and welded production. For RF transmission performance, inner-surface quality, weld-seam integrity and dimensional tolerance are the top-priority parameters.
We supply subcomponents on prime-contractor projects — flanges, elbows, combined guides, filters and microwave feeds.
Antenna Covers and Custom RF Structures
For field applications where antennas must be protected against environmental exposure, we develop dedicated covers and enclosures. Electromagnetic properties and mechanical durability are evaluated together; composite structure and welded metal frame are combined when required.
We have delivered antenna covers for AEW (Airborne Early Warning) aircraft, mobile radar systems, satcom terminals and naval platform antennas.
RF Test and Validation
Our production validation includes dimensional inspection, electromagnetic transmission testing, return-loss measurement, sealing tests and environmental testing. Test reports are delivered per customer specification.
